March Construction Update

Thank you again for your interest in Collective Communities Crystal Mountain MHC and our manufactured homes for sale. We are excited to soon welcome you to our brand-new active lifestyle 55+ community in beautiful Enumclaw, WA!

Welcome to our first published construction update. Those of you who have subscribed to our emails may have seen the previous updates that have gone out view email. In our construction updates we hope to give you a behind the scenes peek at the action that is happening on-site. While we are excited to be able to meet you in person soon, there is still work to be done at the site to prepare for site visits. So, in the meantime, we’ve been sharing construction updates so you can track the progress with us. For those of you who have been following along via email, welcome back!

We previously communicated via our email updates that the work site had been winterized and construction mostly placed on hold due to the wet weather. We’re pleased to share that we have seen a significant number of dry days so far this year allowing the winterization to be lifted and work to begin again. We have been able to take advantage of the dry days and make considerable progress on the stormwater retention facilities system and the sewer system.

(In the pictures below you’ll see the stormwater retention facilities that are being worked on, as well as views of the Enumclaw golf course.)

We will continue to keep you updated on the progress at the community through monthly updates similar to this and when the site is able to be safely accessed, we look forward to showing you around.

Our anticipated open is scheduled for late Summer 2022. 

Please keep in mind, lots in PHASE 1 have been released. We have started taking lot reservations and assisting future residents with their home purchase. If you would like to reserve a lot in PHASE 1 please reach out to our team either by responding to this email, or calling our community Realtor
