Once you’ve selected your home, a deposit secures your customized build and begins the design process.
👷 Step 3: Meet Your Project Team
A dedicated Project Manager joins your team to oversee the construction and coordinate every stage of your home’s development.
📋 Steps 4-6: Planning & Finalizing
Our team prepares site plans, reviews development estimates with you, and finalizes your home’s finishes before construction begins.
📝 Steps 7-9: Permits & Site Preparation
We handle permit applications, order your home from the manufacturer, and prepare your homesite for installation.
🏠 Steps 10-11: Delivery & Welcome Home!
Once your home arrives, it’s carefully installed, finished, inspected, and prepared for occupancy. Then comes the best part… receiving the keys to your brand-new home!
